FORMS OF PAYMENT

I accept PayPal, personal checks, cashier's checks, and money orders. I ship all orders when payment is received or successfully processed. (When ordering online please be sure the billing address you've entered is the same as your credit card billing address. Orders cannot be processed if these do not match).

SHIPPING / DELIVERY

FREE Shipping:
Shipping is free on all U.S. retail orders over $100.00. (Excludes International orders, U.S. Express Mail delivery orders, and wholesale orders.) See below for all shipping costs.

US Shipping:
I ship all U.S. packages USPS First Class, Priority Mail, or Express Mail. All packages are automatically insured and require a signature confirmation upon delivery. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery (depending on your shipping choice). If there will be a delay in shipping on my end, I will notify you. Please be sure you have provided me with your correct shipping address and telephone number.

International Shipping:
I ship all international packages USPS Global Priority (please be aware that there is no insurance available and I cannot be held responsible for undelivered packages.) Customs fees, import duties, or taxes may be levied by the receiving country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. For more information on your country's customs policies you may contact your local customs office. Please note that the Postal Service does not deliver to all countries.
If you wish to have your package insured, I can ship either Global Express (3-5 days delivery time) or Global Airmail Parcel Post (4-10 days delivery time). Please email me and I will send you the shipping cost for your approval before I process your order.

Delivery:
Available items purchased directly through my website are usually shipped within 3-5 days of purchase. If you've requested custom pieces made to order, your order may take a few weeks to ship depending on the style of the piece and gemstones available. If you require a rush order I will do my best to ship as quickly as possible.

Accidents can happen...
Hopefully this will never happen, but if your items arrive damaged, please keep all original packaging materials and send me an email at elizabeth@fragilestudio.net.

ITEM AVAILABILITY & PRICING

 All of the pieces I offer for sale on this site are one-of-a-kind. I will usually be very quick to update when items are sold. If, however, I'm not fast enough, and the piece you've ordered is unavailable, I will email you to let you know (your credit card will not be charged). It may be possible for me to make another in the same style and with the same or similar gemstones, colors, etc. I will let you know this also in my email and you can decide.

Prices are subject to change based on the current market price of sterling silver, gemstone beads, findings and other supplies.

ABOUT SOLD ITEMS

If you see a SOLD item that you like, I can usually make another similar piece, so please email me with your ideas! If you'd like a certain design made with a different gemstone, or color, email me and I will let you know the cost and how long it will take to complete.

SPECIAL REQUESTS / COMMISSIONS

I welcome commissions and special requests! Let me know what style and materials you are interested in and I will let you know the cost, stone availability, and how long it will take to complete. I require a non-refundable 50% deposit on all commissions and special requests. All commission and special request sales are final.



RETURN POLICY

I stand behind all of my work. All items are returnable for credit or refund (less shipping) if returned in original condition within 30 days of receipt of shipment. If you paid by credit card, I will credit your account. If you paid by check or money order, I will issue a check. Please call or email me before returning an item.
If your jewelry should ever break, just return it to me (with all of its original pieces), and I will fix it for you. This is good for a lifetime and all you ever pay is shipping.



PRIVACY POLICY

The personal information and email address you provide will ONLY be used to process your order, reply to your feedback, or send you new product updates. It will never be shared with any other company for any reason.
